The Salvetta brothers were the first to recognize the particular organoleptic characteristics of this product, and decided in 1974 to bottle with a cork stopper.
Today the organically produced Nosiola wine is a particularly structured and full-bodied wine.

It starts fermentation in woodden barrel (25 hl) ending in it as well and coming into the market after 24 months. This long period in barrel gives to this wine a strong and special character, that we consider Superior.

Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

WINE MAKING: with soft pressing, the juice dripping, strictly protected from oxygen, is clarified by natural sedimentation.

Sparkling wine obtained by the rosé vinification of Teroldego grapes, harvested a little earlier on maturation to save their freshness.

His Black Majesty is the most prized of our condiments. It is obtained from the slow cooking over direct heat of the must obtained from an ancient tree vineyard, now bicentenary and lovingly preserved. Harmonious, dense and fragrant.

Nosiola is the only indigenous white grapevine in Trentino and its best habitat is in Valle dei Laghi where excellent results are obtained thanks to the afternoon breeze from Lake Garda and the Mediterranean climate. Nosiola vines are still semi-wild (they trail in a bushy way) and therefore difficult to cultivate because they are delicate and susceptible to diseases.

Vigneto Perer is our historical vineyard: in fact the average age of vineyards is about twenty years old. Situated in “Longariva”, between Borgo Sacco and San Giorgio in the municipality of Rovereto, it is an area of about six hectares and it is cultivated on simple Trentino style pergola.

In the 1990s, Edi despite his success with Tocai boldly chose to make only one wine: Collio, from native grapes. Back then, blends were undervalued, though great terroirs had long combined varieties for more complete wines. Today, Kristian carries on his father’s vision, uniting existing vines with fruit trees and animals, creating a vibrant ecosystem that enriches the land.
