Composto principalmente da uve Chardonnay e Sauvignon vendemmiate a piena maturazione dai vigneti situati nella “Busa”. Pressatura soffice e vinificazione in acciaio ne preservano la fragranza, rendendolo un vino fresco e vivace.

Montefalco’s Grecante was one of the most appreciated, indeed the head of the Municipality of Montefalco used to sent it as a precious gift to princes and important clergymen. Arnaldo Caprai’s Grecante keeps this long tradition alive.

Franco Balter so called his wine, produced in the house before building the winery, combining the names of two children, Barbara and Nicholas. Today Barbanico Lagrein is a base with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The separate wine-making is necessary to ensurethe greatest possible expressiveness to each vine. A long affinemtno in barriques followed by bottle gives the wine importance, body, great balance and maximum expression of the fruit.
