Sparkling wine obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir Grapes from our vineyards standing on the high hills of Finigeto in the municipality of Montalto Pavese at an altitude of 370 meters above sea level and facing south. An ideal microclimate, where the limy-clayey soils, the high density of plants per hectare and the low yeld per vine converge to bring out the strenght, the fullness and the elegance of this noble grapevine, the emblem of an historical tradition of winemaking in Oltrepò Pavese.
Brezza Riva is the sparkling brut classic method Trento DOC by Agraria Riva del Garda. It’s a blanc de blanc, made of Chardonnay grapes only, its vineyards are growing on medium-high hills, on the more suited areas for the production of sparkling wines.
Brezza Riva Riserva is Cantina di Riva’s crown jewel.
A Trentodoc classic method Pas Dosé sparkling wine obtained from Chardonnay grapes only, whose vineyards are cultivated in the Tennese area, an area of medium-high hills particularly suitable for the production of sparkling wine.
Produced from Pinot Noir grapes only, it spends a minimum of 36 months on the lees. It’s the most elegant expression of our terroir. The grapes are grown in vineyards with a N-NE orientation at altitudes varying from 300 and 430 m AMSL on a slope covered in white pebbles located between the towns of Santa Maria della Versa and Montecalvo Versiggia.
The sparkling wine Brut was the first to be produced and now it is the most commercialized. In D’Araprì Brut is added the dosing syrup (liquer d’expedition) and it is composed by different type of grapes. This sparkling wine is directed to a wide range of consumers.

The Casata Monfort range of products includes a classic spumante (sparkling wine) made according to the traditional methods in which fermentation takes place in the bottle. It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes from the hilly slopes of Pergine Valsugana, situated at heights ranging from 400 to 600 metres a.s.l..
This classic sparkling wine produced according to the “Trento doc Metodo Classico” method is obtained by the in-bottle refermentation. It is made from selected Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes coming from the hills of Trento and Pergine Valsugana situated at an altitude of between 400 and 600 metres a.s.l.
