Organoleptic properties

COLOUR: To the eye, the wine presents itself with a brillant straw yellow color.

AROMA:  It features an intense but delicate nose with pronounced scents of sage and peach.

FLAVOUR: The mouth is filled with the typical sweetness of this grape while maintaining the characteristic thirst-quenching freshness.

Serving temperature

Best enjoyed at a temperature of 6-7°C.

Wine and food matching

Ideal for dessert, especially dry pastries, hazelnut cake and fresh fruit. Nice as an aperitif at all times of the day. You should dare and have it with cold cuts, cheese and savoury pies.
