After an old terraced vineyard had been recalimed in 1991, and the soil renewed, with the aid of technological innovations, the hillside slope was densely planted with low vines. “Collina Zinzèle” was thus created with the vines growing on the steepest side of the slope in order to achieve a limited yield of superior grapes from every vine.

Composed mainly of Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes, harvested at full maturity from the vineyards located in the "Busa". Soft pressing and vinification in steel vats preserve its fragrance, resulting in a fresh and fragrant wine.

Sparkling brut obtained through method charmat and mostly from Müller Thurgau grapes growing in hill areas, having a major temperature range, that enhances the varietal aromas.

Brezza Riva is the sparkling brut classic method Trento DOC by Agraria Riva del Garda. It’s a blanc de blanc, made of Chardonnay grapes only, its vineyards are growing on medium-high hills, on the more suited areas for the production of sparkling wines.

REBO From a single vineyard in Arco with a very low yield per vine. Fermentation with maceration in steel, aging for 12 months in used barriques and clay. An indigenous variety of this area and which we are much fond of. We are constantly seeking to weaken the tendency to rusticity of this variety by converting it into energy and personality.

Merlot, Rebo and Cabernet Sauvignon come together in this vigorous and harmonious Cuveè. Fermentation with maceration in steel, aging for 12 months in used barriques and clay to obtain a fruity and juicy red.

DOP Garda Trentino Extra Virgin Olive Oil inspired by the area\'s Hapsburg rich influence in the history of the Upper Lake Garda region and reflecting the ties with the Imperial Austrian Court and the territory. This is an oil that goes above and beyond the DOP regulations yet offers a good price/quality rapport, and makes an excellent gastronomic souvenir.

Gère is produced with the finest grapes from vineyards ideally suited for cultivating Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

I think it\'s truly outstanding. Probably one of the best Lugana wines I have ever had the chance to try. I\'ve drunk it several times already, and I have always found it has a very distinctive character. Perhaps it\'s a little difficult to understand at the moment, because it\'s still closed and nervous. But, in my opinion, there is a fascinating future in store for it...

During the Renascence many wines were known as “Greco, Grecante, Grechetto”. Montefalco’s Grecante was one of the most appreciated, indeed the head of the Municipality of Montefalco used to sent it as a precious gift to princes and important clergymen. Arnaldo Caprai’s Grecante keeps this long tradition alive.

This wine has been obtained thanks to a careful selection of the grapes, grown in vineyards located in an excellent position within the estate and harvested entirely by hand some days later than the normal time of harvest.
