Nosiola, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Nosiola is the only indigenous white grapevine in Trentino and its best habitat is in Valle dei Laghi where excellent results are obtained thanks to the afternoon breeze from Lake Garda and the Mediterranean climate. Nosiola vines are still semi-wild (they trail in a bushy way) and therefore difficult to cultivate because they are delicate and susceptible to diseases.

San Siro, Rosso,Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Exclusive to the Azienda Agricola Pisoni, this wine takes its name from an agricultural plot on the San Siro hillside between an old Romanesque church of the same name and the wine cellars.
First produced at the beginning of the last century, this wine is the result of the experience and skill of the Pisonis (all of whom have diplomas from the Istituto Agrario di San Michele) not only in vineyard care, but also in research for new vines and grapes.
Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon, grown 250 metres a.s.l, are the basis of this refined wine.
San Siro, Bianco, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
L\'Azienda Agricola Pisoni produce questo eccezionale uvaggio da generazioni con uve coltivate a 450 metri sulla collina di San Siro vicino all\'omonima chiesa romanica. I Pisoni si prendono così tanta cura di questo vino che nel 1923 il vescovato di Trento lo riconobbe proprio come il "Vino da Messa" e questa tradizione continua ancora a dare a questo particolare bilancio del vino di massa, inconfondibile morbidezza e gradazione alcolica controllata.

The variety of Moscato Giallo found in Valle dei Laghi its ideal habitat This very aromatic and lightly sweet wine is perfect both aperitif and dessert. Ripening lasts until late autumn. Azienda Agricola Pisoni takes care only of a small lot in order to provide this wine with structure and perfect peculiarities for the finest palate.

The most important Italian and foreign producers of sparkling wines buy their Chardonnay grapes in Trentino. Part of this production is used by the Azienda Agricola Pisoni to produce their own Spumante Brut and Reserve.
