Back then, blends were undervalued, though great terroirs had long combined varieties for more complete wines. Today, Kristian carries on his father’s vision, uniting existing vines with fruit trees and animals, creating a vibrant ecosystem that enriches the land.

The Sauvignon Blanc vines are cultivated with the Guyot system and grown at a height between 400 and 800 meters above sea level. The soil is originated from the erosion of the Dolomites and the vineyards have southern and south-western exposure.
Nosiola, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
The Salvetta brothers were the first to recognize the particular organoleptic characteristics of this product, and decided in 1974 to bottle with a cork stopper.
Today the organically produced Nosiola wine is a particularly structured and full-bodied wine.
Burdese, Sicilia DOC
In local dialect Burdese means from Bordeaux and recalls the classic grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This is a red wine of great density, structure and balance, produced in limited quantities from selected vineyards.
