Pinot Nero, Collina Zinzèle, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
After an old terraced vineyard had been recalimed in 1991, and the soil renewed, with the aid of technological innovations, the hillside slope was densely planted with low vines. “Collina Zinzèle” was thus created with the vines growing on the steepest side of the slope in order to achieve a limited yield of superior grapes from every vine.

This wine is very typical of Trentino the northeast region of Italy . In Austrian times it was known as tiroldego ( wine of Tyrol region).
Teroldego loves the hills and clayey ground and it produces a very special wine.
Teroldego has found a perfect habitat in the sunny Valle dei Laghi, which enjoys the breeze from Lake Garda.
The Azienda Agricola Pisoni has been taking care of these vineyards to produce this excellent well structured wine aged in the cellar, but ready to continue its life in the bottle.
Sarica, Rosso - Magnum - Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Un vino esclusivo creato con uve Syrah e Pinot Nero da Marco e Stefano Pisoni nel 1994. Queste viti hanno trovato un habitat ideale sulle colline pergolesi dove è riservata la migliore posizione per loro con un\'ottima esposizione al sole in modo che le uve ottengano il miglior colore e bouquet.
Questo vino è prodotto con cura quotidiana attenta e meticolosa, come un bambino nuovo. Per questo motivo Marco e Stefano Pisoni hanno chiamato questa nuova cuveè "Sarica", una combinazione dei nomi delle loro figlie più anziane, Sara e Federica.

Blend of four grape varieties, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and a late-harvest Traminer aromatico. The first vintage of Manna was released in 1995. This versatile wine is the result of many years of trying to create a wine to optimalize the food pairing, by enhancing different flavours, instead of having to order a different wine for each dish. This wine was dedicated to Franz’s wife Maria Luisa Manna.

The Sauvignon Blanc vines are cultivated with the Guyot system and grown at a height between 400 and 800 meters above sea level. The soil is originated from the erosion of the Dolomites and the vineyards have southern and south-western exposure.
