Fascinating in its dark ruby colour like that of a ripe pomegranate, this innovative Trentino Syrah
shows a complex bouquet of spices, black pepper, hazelnuts and vanilla, all against a mildy earthy background. On the palate it is clean and intense on impact, then it reveals an elegant structure with silky softness. With a strong aging potential.
Vette di San Leonardo, Sauvignon, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
“Vette di San Leonardo owes its name to the majestic peaks – “vette” in Italian – which frame the vineyards that give it birth. The complex minerality and youthful freshness of these mountains are refl ected in Vette’s sensory profi le”.
Cabernet, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
This variety arrived in 1894 from France is one of the oldest in Europe. It was just known as Biturica during the Roman period. Cabernet Franc loves hills, clayey ground and its wine-making with Cabernet Sauvignon produces a very particular wine.
Granato, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Grapevines and pomegranates have the same origins and are typical of the Mediterranean region. The pomegranate also has the same charm, beauty and intensity of the grape.
“Granato” is inspired by this ideal blend, an especially concentrated and dense Teroldego
whose roots plunge deep in the stones of three different vineyards of the Campo Rotaliano.
