The new winery is in the famous Villa Cipolla Pieropan in Tregnago Verona. The name Ruberpan comes from the Latin, ‘Ruber’ which means ruby red, and Pan from the Pieropan family

San Salvatore, Brut Millesimato, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
On the highest part of the hill, favoured by continuous breezes and boasting the rockiest soil, lies the vineyard that produces the grapes for our Brut. Fruit-rich and fragrant, it rests four long months on the fine lees, as tradition specifies; the result is a Prosecco with a refined, creamy mousse that immediately uplifts the soul.
This Brut is de rigueur for important occasions: the Counts of Collalto used it to toast great moments at Castle of San Salvatore and to mark the end of the agricultural year.
Barbanico, Rosso, Vallagarina IGT
Franco Balter so called his wine, produced in the house before building the winery, combining the names of two children, Barbara and Nicholas. Today Barbanico Lagrein is a base with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The separate wine-making is necessary to ensurethe greatest possible expressiveness to each vine. A long affinemtno in barriques followed by bottle gives the wine importance, body, great balance and maximum expression of the fruit.
Rosso Faye, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
On the Faedo fan in the cadastral municipality of San Michele , in the locality of Paradisot at 250 m. above the sea level. with south-south / west exposure; somewhat windy position due to the influence of the “Ora” del Garda (wind that originates from the nearby large lake).
Essenzia, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Faedo in Coveli at 350 m. above the sea level. with western exposure and in the locality Palai at 700 m. sabove the sea level. with southern exposure; Grumes in the upper Val di Cembra at Maso Rella at 800/900 m. above the sea level. with south-south / west exposure.

The Moscato Rosa is a particularly vigorous variety, its distinctive feature being that it transforms into a production of about two thousand kilos of grapes per hectare.
