Collio DOC Bianco
In the 1990s, Edi despite his success with Tocai boldly chose to make only one wine: Collio, from native grapes. Back then, blends were undervalued, though great terroirs had long combined varieties for more complete wines. Today, Kristian carries on his father’s vision, uniting existing vines with fruit trees and animals, creating a vibrant ecosystem that enriches the land.
Nosiola, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
The Salvetta brothers were the first to recognize the particular organoleptic characteristics of this product, and decided in 1974 to bottle with a cork stopper.
Today the organically produced Nosiola wine is a particularly structured and full-bodied wine.
