Monfort, Brut Riserva 2013, Trento DOC
This classic sparkling wine produced according to the “Trento doc Metodo Classico” method is obtained by the in-bottle refermentation. It is made from selected Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes coming from the hills of Trento and Pergine Valsugana situated at an altitude of between 400 and 600 metres a.s.l.
Norema, Pinot Nero Rosato Dosaggio Zero, Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico DOCG
Produced from Pinot Noir grapes only, it spends a minimum of 36 months on the lees. It’s the most elegant expression of our terroir. The grapes are grown in vineyards with a N-NE orientation at altitudes varying from 300 and 430 m AMSL on a slope covered in white pebbles located between the towns of Santa Maria della Versa and Montecalvo Versiggia.

I think it\'s truly outstanding. Probably one of the best Lugana wines I have ever had the chance to try. I\'ve drunk it several times already, and I have always found it has a very distinctive character. Perhaps it\'s a little difficult to understand at the moment, because it\'s still closed and nervous. But, in my opinion, there is a fascinating future in store for it...
Lugana DOC Superiore
It starts fermentation in woodden barrel (25 hl) ending in it as well and coming into the market after 24 months. This long period in barrel gives to this wine a strong and special character, that we consider Superior.
