Faedo in  Pianezzi at 500 m. above the Sea level with south-west exposure and Palai località at 700m. above the sea level with southern exposure; Sembra in Valbona (lateral valley to the Val di Cembra) at an altitude of 450m. above the sea level.

In local dialect Burdese means from Bordeaux and recalls the classic grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This is a red wine of great density, structure and balance, produced in limited quantities from selected vineyards. Burdese is a great wine for aging which offers a complexity of aromas and flavours, fruit of the Sicilian sun.

This is a highly individual wine and a copybook Gewürztraminer. This white "cru" Kolbenhof wine, produced in the heart of Alto Adige by one of the best companies in the area, is characterised by a classic note of spices, meadow flowers and roses, all of which are typical of the Traminer Aromatico species of grapevine...

In Oltrepò, especially in the area of Montalto Pavese the variety of Riesling stands out , among whites for its great qualities. In fact here this vine finds its optimum vocation. Here at the Finigeto Winery we have dedicated a special care to this wine by choosing, between our vineyards, those who have the best exposure and selecting the grapes carefully. This is how we got to this Riesling of excellent quality, purity and character.

Sparkling wine obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir Grapes from our vineyards standing on the high hills of Finigeto in the municipality of Montalto Pavese at an altitude of 370 meters above sea level and facing south. An ideal microclimate, where the limy-clayey soils, the high density of plants per hectare and the low yeld per vine converge to bring out the strenght, the fullness and the elegance of this noble grapevine, the emblem of an historical tradition of winemaking in Oltrepò Pavese.

Sparkling wine made from selected Pinot Nero grapes , hand-picked from our vineyards which enjoy a perfect exposure where the yield per vine is below average.
