Faedo in  Pianezzi at 500 m. above the Sea level with south-west exposure and Palai località at 700m. above the sea level with southern exposure; Sembra in Valbona (lateral valley to the Val di Cembra) at an altitude of 450m. above the sea level.

In local dialect Burdese means from Bordeaux and recalls the classic grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This is a red wine of great density, structure and balance, produced in limited quantities from selected vineyards. Burdese is a great wine for aging which offers a complexity of aromas and flavours, fruit of the Sicilian sun.

Sito dell’Ulmo is a single-variety Merlot and from a ‘Single Vineyard’. Years of experience have helped us identify in the vineyards of Ulmo, planted in 1987 on the banks of Lake Arancio, the ideal place for the cultivation of this ancient French variety.

Sparkling wine obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir Grapes from our vineyards standing on the high hills of Finigeto in the municipality of Montalto Pavese at an altitude of 370 meters above sea level and facing south. An ideal microclimate, where the limy-clayey soils, the high density of plants per hectare and the low yeld per vine converge to bring out the strenght, the fullness and the elegance of this noble grapevine, the emblem of an historical tradition of winemaking in Oltrepò Pavese.

The Cerretalto is the synthesis of intuition, passion and vision, characteristics that have been a continual expression of Casanova di Neri.

An extraordinary concentration of mineral in the soil imparts an unique impression only in certain vintages and only thanks to a Sangiovese grape from small, straggly bunches. In Oltrepò, especially in the area of Montalto Pavese the variety of Riesling stands out , among whites for its great qualities. In fact here this vine finds its optimum vocation. Here at the Finigeto Winery we have dedicated a special care to this wine by choosing, between our vineyards, those who have the best exposure and selecting the grapes carefully. This is how we got to this Riesling of excellent quality, purity and character.

The Pinot Nero Schweizer grows in carefully chosen areas, which for their microclimate have proven to be ideal to produce this wine.
