This wine has been obtained thanks to a careful selection of the grapes, grown in vineyards located in an excellent position within the estate and harvested entirely by hand some days later than the normal time of harvest. It has thus been obtained a better ripening of the grapes on the vine resulting an enrichement of sugar and lower acid content.

A long affinemtno in barriques followed by bottle gives the wine importance, body, great balance and maximum expression of the fruit.
