Il Ribaldo, Barbera, Oltrepò Pavese DOC
This wine has been obtained thanks to a careful selection of the grapes, grown in vineyards located in an excellent position within the estate and harvested entirely by hand some days later than the normal time of harvest. It has thus been obtained a better ripening of the grapes on the vine resulting an enrichement of sugar and lower acid content.
