Represents a constant search for a wine that is the maximum expression of the grape variety in our land. Our best Chardonnay vineyards come from the Piscol and Tenno hills, with soft pressing, fermentation in used oak barrels and tonneaux, then aging on the lees for 9 months.
Sauvignon, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Born in the middle of the Tenno hills which are much suited for this variety. Soft pressing, fermentation in steel and used oak barrels, the result is a wine with a strong personality, the result of the contrast between the limestone soil and the excellent exposure of the vineyards.
