San Siro, Rosso,Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Exclusive to the Azienda Agricola Pisoni, this wine takes its name from an agricultural plot on the San Siro hillside between an old Romanesque church of the same name and the wine cellars.
First produced at the beginning of the last century, this wine is the result of the experience and skill of the Pisonis (all of whom have diplomas from the Istituto Agrario di San Michele) not only in vineyard care, but also in research for new vines and grapes.
Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon, grown 250 metres a.s.l, are the basis of this refined wine.
Teroldego, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
This wine is very typical of Trentino the northeast region of Italy . In Austrian times it was known as tiroldego ( wine of Tyrol region).
Teroldego loves the hills and clayey ground and it produces a very special wine.
Teroldego has found a perfect habitat in the sunny Valle dei Laghi, which enjoys the breeze from Lake Garda.
The Azienda Agricola Pisoni has been taking care of these vineyards to produce this excellent well structured wine aged in the cellar, but ready to continue its life in the bottle.
Il Ribaldo, Barbera, Oltrepò Pavese DOC
This wine has been obtained thanks to a careful selection of the grapes, grown in vineyards located in an excellent position within the estate and harvested entirely by hand some days later than the normal time of harvest. It has thus been obtained a better ripening of the grapes on the vine resulting an enrichement of sugar and lower acid content.
