Blend of four grape varieties, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and a late-harvest Traminer aromatico. The first vintage of Manna was released in 1995. This versatile wine is the result of many years of trying to create a wine to optimalize the food pairing, by enhancing different flavours, instead of having to order a different wine for each dish.
