Organoleptic properties

COLOUR: Light straw-yellow colour with pale green highlights. 

AROMA: intense, fruity and delicate with nice aromatic overtnose.

FLAVOUR: full-bodied, soft and fresh with a slightly bitterish aftertaste and a hint of breadcrust.

Best enjoyed at a temperature of 9-12°C.

This is a highly versatile wine wich accompanies hors-d’oeuvres and tasty first course magnificently. It is excellent with white meat and fish: clams, oysters, sea-food.
