Winner of SOL d'Oro 2009 award for the best light fruity in the world, Uliva DOP has a remarkable freshness and fragrance, derived from olives harvested at the stage of early maturation.
Uliva DOP comes in a package of high design, winner of the award for "Best Packaging 2012" Contest Ercole Olivario, is available in 500, 250 and 100 ml. formats.
Born from the professional skill of olive farmer members who take te utmost care at every stage of production, Uliva DOP Garda Trentino is an oil pressed from the olives harvested at an early mature stage. The characteristics of the olive are perfectly reflected by the olive oil that is obtained, getting a remarkable freshness and fragrance in its green notes.

TYPE OF FRUIT: Medium
COLOUR: emerald green with golden specks.
AROMA: elegant with robust feeling and herbaceous fragrance that reveals a range of aromas of green apple, radish, chicory and artichoke interspersed with notes of almond and pine nuts.
FLAVOUR: strong but balanced with pleasantly bitter feeling and stronger spicy overtone, it has a rich finish with notes of chicory and elegant mineral notes.
From delicate dishes based on lake fish to more sustained dishes of the local trentine tradition such as salted meat, Torbole’s broccoli and, above all, strangolapreti.
