PRICES AND PAYMENTS:

Prices stated include VAT. We withhold the right to change our prices at any time without prior notification.
Shipping prices include VAT. Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail.

Payment can be made by choosing from the following:

CREDIT CARD: This is the most convenient and safest method of payment. We accept VISA, Mastercard, which will be routed directly to our bank Cassa Rurale dell'Alto Garda. The number of your credit card will not be known to us as you will be dealing exclusively with the bank. Payment by credit card will be authorized and debited at the time the goods are ready for dispatch.

BANK TRANSFER: Goods will be dispatched following receipt of payment. The customer will be responsible for any bank charges.

PAYMENT ON RECEIPT (only for Italy): Payment is made directly to the courier who delivers the goods; the carrier only accepts payment by cash. For this type of payment there will be a surcharge equal to 2.3% of the total amount (minimum 4.00 euros).
